Join us for a meaningful and interactive workshop
Exploring the sacred practice of smudging and the spiritual teachings of the Four Directions. This session offers participants a respectful introduction to Indigenous ways of knowing, focused on traditional medicines and ceremony.
What You’ll Learn:
- The significance of the Four Sacred Medicines: Sage, Sweetgrass, Cedar, and Tobacco
- How to perform a smudge and its purpose in cleansing, grounding, and prayer
- The meaning and teachings of the Four Directions (East, South, West, North)
- How to incorporate these teachings into your personal or community healing practices, respectfully and with intention
