For Our Community
Workshops

Whether you’re gathering a small community group, hosting a wellness event, or looking to bring meaningful learning into your organization, these workshops are designed to educate, inspire, and create connection.
Rooted in trauma-informed practice and guided by both Indigenous teachings and evidence-informed wellness approaches, each workshop offers practical tools that participants can carry into their daily lives. Sessions are engaging, interactive, and can be adapted to meet the unique needs of your group.
Together, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world through movement, breath, reflection, and traditional teachings.

Standing in Your Sacred Ground

Created for Your Group
All offerings are trauma-informed and can be adapted to suit the size of your group and the type of experience you would like to create. Workshops may be primarily educational, more experiential and interactive, or a thoughtful blend of both.
Offerings are suitable for community groups, wellness gatherings, conferences, retreats, staff wellness events, and private organizations.
